Ice cream sandwich cake

Want a fun and easy treat to feed a crowd, or bring to a potluck or summery bbq?
Love ice cream sandwiches?
Who doesn't?
Courtesy of my friends Amanda and Richelle, I bring you Ice Cream Sandwich Cake.
Yummmmm.

The possibilities are endless.
Plain ice cream sandwiches, Neapolitan sandwiches, Oreos, Nutter butters, Reese's Peanut Butter cups, Heath Bar pieces, caramel, hot fudge, strawberry sauce, Magic Shell.
You really cannot go wrong.

Assemble it in the morning, or even the night before.  Let it chill in the freezer until you are ready to serve the ice cream happiness.
