Stumbled upon this water bottle on Pinterest (bummed it's no longer available...), loved the sentiment.
Made my own spin on it.
Download yours here.
Or a running version here.
Sadly to say, my old troubled knees might have ended my running career before it had a chance to really start.
But not my sweating/ eating dessert career. I cannot retire from that.
Do something about that. Then go be sweaty.
That is RAD!!!!! That's pretty much the only reason I run, because I love sugar...not just dessert. ;)
ReplyDeleteI love this :)
ReplyDeleteSo absolutely awesome!!! My shins don't let me run either- good thing that the elliptical makes you sweat too :)
ReplyDeleteLove this. Although now I need a towel of some kind to mop up the drool from your peanut butter chocolate chip buttercream....
ReplyDeleteLove it! This is why I run....and workout....simply because I LOVE to eat...especially dessert! :) I"m going to print this out for my sister too! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteIt's impossible for me to be un-sweaty right now, as my stupid A/C decided now was an excellent time to break. :( Unfortunately, when I'm sweaty, I want popsicles, which are, of course, varying degrees of bad-for-you. :(
ReplyDeleteHowever, I have printed this out, and it is hanging in my room so that when I reach for my 3rd nutty buddy, I will remember that I must work it off!

MMM good. Please post a recipe or point me in the right direction. I no longer "pin" so that won't work.
ReplyDeleteThank you!
Hey there! love love love the printable... just like i love love love dessert. thanks for the mid week treat! you are super sweet! i think i will print this for my cubicle at work!
ReplyDeleteLove it! So true!
ReplyDeleteThere aren't enough hours in the day to sweat off the mass amounts of dessert I can consume once I get started. So I don't start. I just sweat for the health of it.
ReplyDeleteFont snob here...what fonts did you use for your printable?
ReplyDeleteLOVE your blog, Julie!
Font snobs unite! The cursive is Ali Edward's font (don't remember where I got it) and the block is Chunk Five from fontsquirrel.com.
DeleteLove this! And do you have that recipe for whatever that dessert is???
ReplyDeleteYes! It was just leftover frosting from a batch of cupcakes, but I will post it soon.
DeleteUgh, I tried to get that water bottle too! Bummer, and it was so fitting:-)
ReplyDeleteOooohhhh....yummmm. Now I need 2nd dessert. Or 3rd. Yikes. And, I don't get sweaty nearly enough. That print is great. Might motivate me to work it for my dessert? Probably not...:/
ReplyDeleteLove the printable. And please, please, please post the recipe for the buttercream! That sounds delicious!
ReplyDeleteSorry, this is Rena. It posted under my husband's gmail account. Blerg.
