A sneak peek into what my husband and his oldest friends have been up to pretty much every single free moment of the past year.
It's pretty rad, if I might say so myself.

ReplyDeleteAs soon as he started singing, I got a flashback to church youth camp with the OC Supertones being played overhead. Doesn't matter how old I get, their sound will always take me back! :)
ReplyDeleteWe are SOOOO excited in this house! My husband and I were "Skankin' to the beat... with the Supertones" in college. Now our 10 and 8 year old sons listen to them on their MP3 players, almost daily! Way to go Julie's hubby and oldest friends! ;)

ReplyDeletei hear the supertones and am immediately taken back to 2001 when noah was 3, and he and i would blast "halleluja" from the c.d. player (remember c.d. players), and together we'd sing into wooden spoons and silly dance around the living room. good times.

ReplyDeleteI keep coming back to this post to listen, I just love this song makes me dance and praise god with all I hae! Tell your husband he is super awesome:)
ReplyDeleteUmmm yaa it's totally rad, your husband is a supertone! Oh and it only took me like 2 years of reading your blog to figure that out, and it was because I was talking to my BFF about your blog a few weeks ago (yes, we were talking about your blog and how cute you are, and she was like, "you know her husband is a supertone?") Man, I knew he look familiar. The Supertones were my first concert, led me to Christian music, making good friends, staying a a right path with the Lord and ultimately meeting my husband. My husband and I still sing Supertones (every word) in the car on road trips. You can only imagine 2- 30 year olds, yeah...... Love your blog Joy, you are an inspiration regardless of who you are married to
