I love March, I love St. Patrick's Day, I dream of visiting Ireland one day, and I love the truth and simplicity in Irish blessings.  So even though my St. Patrick's Day meal plans will probably involve more green enchiladas and guacamole, and less corned beef and cabbage, we will clink our glasses with a resounding slainte, and cheer Erin Go Bragh.

Here's to a home filled with friends and life and community and food and most of all love.
